RV Camping fee is $400.00
The "additional vehicle" fee is $50.00 per vehicle
Parking spaces along the fence will not be assigned, they will be first come, first served. Additional parking will be available in the North Lot or the CWU Fair lots.
Camping is only available for FAIR EXHIBITORS and FAIR VENDORS. We will not have any availability for the general public.

2026 Fair Camping Reservation Form

The Camping Fee is $400.00 per site, and includes one (1) towing vehicle.
Only FAIR vendor and FAIR exhibitor applications will be accepted due to space constraints
Arrival starts at 12:00, noon on Tuesday, September 1st. Check-out by Tuesday, September 8th at 12:00 noon. Arrangements for extra days need to be made prior to Tuesday August 18th, 2026.
Coming early or staying longer will result in additional daily fees ($50.00/day). Fee will be charged if RV/Trailer is present, plugged in or not.
Additional vehicles, will be charged $50.00 each. Additional vehicles must NOT be parked inside RV fenced area.
All towing/extra vehicles must be parked in the North Lot or CWU Fair parking lots.
Electric connections are 30 amp. Adapters are the responsibility of the camper.
NO VISITOR PARKING ALLOWED IN RV LOT.
Reservation is only confirmed upon FULL payment of all camping fees.
You are not guaranteed previous year’s RV spot.

RV Camping Rules

Park only the sleeping quarters in your designated RV space. Trailers must be unhooked and the truck parked in either the North Lot or CWU Fair parking lots.
All vehicles must park outside of the RV lot. Spaces along the fence are not reserved, they are first come, first served.
Do not leave dogs unattended and/or tied outside. No dogs off-leash. All feces must be properly disposed of.
Quiet hours will be enforced form 12:00am-6:00am
Please be respectful to ensure all guests have a pleasant experience.
All RV’s, campers and extra vehicles must be removed by noon on the Tuesday after fair.
No guest parking without appropriate permit in the parking area or adjacent to the RV lot.

Violators Will Be Towed

I agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Kittitas County, its agents, officers, employees from any claims arising out of my participation in this event, occupying RV space while attending, or during transit to or from the Kittitas County Fair.

This is an application, not a guarantee of space. Once your application is reviewed, if approved you will receive an invoice via email. Reservation is only confirmed upon FULL PAYMENT of all camping fees.

You are not guaranteed the same space as the prior year. We will attempt to accommodate space requests but reserve the right to change space assignments based on the size of RV/Trailer.
