Outdoor Spaces

Nestled in an amphitheater-like setting, the Kittitas Valley Event Center offers a unique venue that can accommodate everything from a small private meeting to a large wedding, a public exhibition, or an equestrian or livestock event.

Gazebo - $225

The Gazebo is located in the heart of the facility, adjacent to Teanaway Hall The charming gazebo is surrounded by planter boxes and is well lighted for evening events.

Basic setup includes chairs and tables for inside the Gazebo. Additional fees apply for chairs set up on grounds surrounding the Gazebo.

Please inquire about equestrian events which may be happening in Bloom Pavilion during your Gazebo event. Horse/livestock trailers parked nearby may impact photos and create unwanted noise.

Hunt Memorial Dog Arena - $120

The dog arena, adjacent to Frontier Village, offers an enclosed area ideal for dog training and shows. This area has been used for tent camping, BBQ area, reception area, any addition to events that need a secured fenced in area.

Frontier Village - $300

Nestled below Craig's Hill is Frontier Village, which offers a step back into the history of Kittitas Valleys. The village is comprised of structures, several of which were once located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range. See Frontier Village come alive during the Kittitas County Fair, Labor Day week. The Village is a popular site for outdoor weddings or small events. (Sorry, use of interior of buildings not included.)

Special arrangements can be made with host guide to tour historic buildings.

vendor courtyard - $260

Grass area located between barns and Teanaway/Umtanum Halls. Power and water are available for vendors. The space can also be used for car shows or similar activities.

Power & Water is not included in this daily rate. Camping or concessions is additional fee.

No non-profit discount.

Yakima Indian Village - $250

Pleasant grass area near running creek, with shade trees.

Restrooms & Showers near.

Ample parking and near RV hook-up space.

Outside Grounds Exclusive Package - $800

A great place to host car shows, carnivals, and outdoor sales.

Includes: Vendor Courtyard, Hunt Memorial Dog Arena, Yakima Indian Village, North Parking Lot and the N-1 Lot.

Does not include Frontier Village, Gazebo, Rodeo Arena, Western Town Courtyard, or Stock Pens.

North Parking Lot - $375

See Location on Map. North end of Grounds, encircled by University Ave., Alder, Ninth, and Poplar. Large bill board is on north edge of North Parking Lot.

Great area for Car sales, RV sales, Circus, etc. No power or water available. No Overnight camping at this rate. See

N-1 Lot - $100

Totally fenced in area. Power and/or water not available at this fee.

Event use of this area has been Garden club sales, dry camping, reenactment of encampments, etc.

Closest restrooms are at Western Town located South/East of lot.
