2026 Concessions & Commercial Services Application

Concessions Application
Commercial Vendor = Offering non-food products for sale
Concession Vendor = Offering food products for sale
Commercial Services Vendor = Offering on-site services or activities for a fee. Examples include mechanical bull rides, virtual reality trailer or other like services/items.
Please complete the application and return it to the fair office for consideration. The application must be answered completely before any consideration can be given. Vendors will not receive verification of availability of space until late March.

NOTE:
  • This is an application for space, NOT A CONTRACT.
  • Deposits will NOT be accepted with application.
  • APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE SPACE.
IMPORTANT:
  • A photo of your booth, stand, and/or food truck MUST be attached with this application. Photographs become property of Fair Management and will not be returned.
  • Please include a copy of your liability insurance when submitting your application.

Fraud Alert -- Be Aware of Scammers

PLEASE BE AWARE:

  • We will NEVER ask for application fees or payments through Venmo, Cash App or other similar services.
  • All official communication regarding applications and payments will come from our verified channels and designated payment systems.
  • If you are asked to send money to a personal Venmo or Cash App account, it is a SCAM.

What to do if you encounter this scam:

  1. Do NOT send any money.
  2. Block the scammer immediately.
  3. Report the account on the social media platform where you encountered them.
  4. Report the scam to Venmo or Cash App directly through their app/website.
  5. Forward any suspicious emails or messages to us so we can address fraudulent activities.
  6. Consider reporting to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov.

We are actively working to combat these fraudulent activities and appreciate your vigilance in helping us keep our vendor community safe. If you have any doubts, please reach out to us directly.
